Nick Renshaw is in charge of selecting and training the UK team for the Invictus Games in Orlando, Florida. The team will be announced after training camps in March and June. According to Renshaw, the Games help injured servicemen regain confidence by achieving things they thought were impossible.
Caroline left the Royal Artillery because of a leg injury. At first, she struggled, but the Sports Recovery Programme helped her find a new purpose in life. She lost weight, learned new sports and completed three triathlons. Caroline hopes to compete at a high level, inspire others and raise awareness of the difficulties injured servicemen and women face. She will compete in swimming, cycling and the 100-metre sprint.
