Situation: 
Last week you bought a lottery ticket. But you did not win.



If I had won the lottery, I would have bought a car.

In short
2nd conditional= wish-> if + past simple (2nd row irr. verbs/ verb+ed), would ('nt) + verb

3rd conditional= hypothetical situation in the past-> if + past perfect (had + 3rd row irr. verbs/ verb+ed), would + have + past participle (3rd row/ verb+ed)
Rewrite these sententences into the 2nd or 3rd conditional

She didn’t receive the email so she missed the meeting. 
Because I’m not from Greece, I don’t speak Greek.
