One way to ensure the service is achievable is through prior planning.
Booking clients in for consultations before the date of their appointment allows you to:
Find out what they want done
If it is achievable
Carry out any tests
Make sure you have all tools, equipment and products needed
Have enough time to complete
Personal circumstances
Job restrictions
Cost of upkeep
Time restraints on a day to day basis
High maintenance style/colour
Referring clients
If you cannot undertake your clients service yourself, or your salon does not offer the service, you should refer a client to a person or salon that can.
