Longer sentences

We talked about creating longer sentences in class.

In this lesson, you can practise writing longer sentences some more. At the end, you will find a writing exercise to practice your general writing skills.

Tips:

To create longer and more complex sentences, add more information like adjectives. Also add information that answers questions like when, where, why, how.

On the next slides, create longer sentences by adding information to the sentence given.
