  5. End: yours sincerely/faithfully, your name

Miss: unmarried or single
Mrs: Married or widow 
ms: neutral, don't know if she is married or not. 

Use "Yours faithfully" when you begin a letter with "Dear Sir/Madam" Use "Yours sincerely" when you know the person's name to whom you're writing
