Part 6 : 
In part 6 you read 4 short texts from different writers. You have to answer 4 questions, each worth 2 points. You have to understand each writer's opinion on various topics and compare them with the opinions of the others. You might have to read each text several times, so it could use up a lot of your precious reading minutes.

There will be a common theme to the 4 articles!

Watch the video: 
  1. Watch the video on how to do part 6 of the CAE reading.
  2. Take notes while watching: what are the tips he gives you?
  3. Then return to the formative test, put your answers next to the correct ones, and reread the texts + redo the questions.
  4. Translate words that you don't know and need to understand the text.
  5. Mark the parts of the text that contain the answers and write down why you thought your own answer was correct (if it was incorrect before).
