Present Simple (DO / DOES)
Staat er geen to be / to have got / can in de zin?
Dan gebruik je do / does om een vraag te maken.
Je zet do / does vooraan in de zin.

Example: These animals live in Africa.
Do these animals live in Africa?

Slide 6 - Slide

DO / DOES
I - do
You - do
He/she/it - does    (=Mary, my mother, the doctor, my pet...)
We - do
They - do
You - do

Negations
Ontkennende zin: je doet iets NIET.
Ook hier gebruik je DO of DOES en het woordje "not" of  "  'n't  " komt erbij.

Example: You do not (don't) pack your bag.
He does not (doesn't) play games.
