In Windows 10 and 8.1, the This PC feature allows you to access the various devices and drives installed in the computer. In Windows 7, this same feature is called Computer. To open This PC, open File Explorer, and it will display the This PC feature by default. In Windows 8.0, or 7, click Start and select Computer.
