In this lesson, you are going to write your New Year's Resolution(s). At the end of this school year, I will give you back your New Year's Resolution(s) and you can see if you've met your (realistic) goals.

- You'll get a piece of paper (1).
- Write down your name and the date.
- Follow the rules.
- Turn your paper in when you're done.
- I'll give it back to you at the end of the year.

This is a letter to yourself. You can write it to you in the future, or in first-person point of view (I, me etc.)

Set your goal. What do you want to achieve?
- Goal for yourself (better grades, quit smoking etc.)
- For English (work on grammar, reading, vocabulary etc.)
