Tissue fluid
fluid between the cells of a tissue, partly made from blood plasma flowing into the tissue from capilaries.
Contains many different substances like:
oxygen, carbondioxide, nutrients, waste
blood plasma
Fluid part of blood

Oxygen and nutrients are supplied to tissues.
Carbondioxede and waste coming from tissues is taken into the blood plasma
Lymph
Tissue fluid that is inside a lymphatic vessel is called lymph
It contains the same substances as tissue fluid. 
But often a lot less nutrients and oxygen.
