They are used to give more information about a noun. 

You place them before the noun.

Adverb
Adverbs zeggen iets over de hoeelheid of de manier waarop iets gebeurd.

 Adverbs van hoeveelheid worden:
 VOOR het hoofdwerkwoord geplaatst en NA to be.

Andere adverbs worden meestal NA het hoofdwerkwoord gezet.
De meeste adverbs worden gemaakt door -ly aan een adjective toe te voegen.
