Meaning
We use the 'will future' for: predictions (voorspellingen) or for things we think will happen.

Form
Will + infinitive / 'll + infinitive (only in informal writing or speaking!

Example
I think it will be cold tonight.

Meaning:
For intentions (plannen) or things we have decided to do.

Form:
Going to + infinitive

Example:
This year, we are going to travel to Morocco.
