Adverbs 
Adverb (bijwoord) tells you something about:

- a verb
- an adjective (bijvoeg. nw.)
- another adverb
- an entire sentence

Adverbs
Words ending in:
y becomes i+ly                       heavy – heavily
ic becomes ically                  dramatic – dramatically
le becomes ly                          terrible – terribly
Be aware! hard/late/fast: deze woorden krijgen geen 'ly’ op het eind:
She is a hard worker; She works hard
He is a fast driver; He drives fast
She was late; The bus arrived late                                        > work on ex. 25, 28
