Why is your personal wellbeing important?
personal wellbeing
Not looking after your personal wellbeing can cause you to become overwhelmed and stressed with everyday life. These can include:
Work commitments
College assessment and assignments
Family issues
Relationships
Monet worries
All these things can cause your "bucket" to become full
What's on your plate?
Draw a circle on a plate, imagine this is your "bucket"
Make a list of everything you have going on in your life, all your commitments, worries, problems etc...
Now allocate space on the plate for all the things you have listed.
How much space do you have left? How could you better manage your "plate" to give yourself more time for wellbeing?
