Format/Task 
1. Your opening (formal greeting)

 When we do not know the name of the person, we are writing to “Dear Sir/Madam,”.
When you know the person’s name use:
“Dear Mr./Ms. insert person’s last name,”
So: Dear Ms. Smith,
Dear Mr. Smith,

2. Your reason for writing
(1 sentence) for example:

I write this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at ............. yesterday.

3. Your experience (body)
Paragraph 1: What exactly happened (your experience)?
Paragraph 2: What were your expectations?
Paragraph 3: Why was the service you received unacceptable
