The News Package
A pre-recorded, produced piece of news content (usually by a reporter) that tells a story and usually contains voiceover, interviews, actuality, cutaways/GV's (often referred to as 'B' roll), a reporter PTC (piece to camera). A package is normally preceded by a 'link' - an introduction by the news anchor/presenter in studio and often ends with the reporter's "sign off".
