The relative pronoun: usually after the noun (people, thing, place): Corderius is the school that I/we/Adam attend(s).

BUT: the relative pronoun CAN be omitted (=left out) if it's followed by a personal pronoun or noun:
Corderius is the school that I/we/Adam attend(s).
