3. Leerdoelgericht werken
De docent geeft het onderwerp, RTTI geformuleerde leerdoelen en de lesopbouw aan. De docent weet de leerdoelen goed te laten aansluiten bij de voorkennis en het (taal)niveau van de leerlingen. Gedurende de les wordt continu een terugkoppeling naar de leerdoelen gemaakt om de mate van beheersing te controleren.

Task 1:
  • You and a classmate will work together to act out a conflict situation in a public place  you get 5 cenarios, You will work in pairs with 2.  Your goal as a student  is to show how you would handle the situation using polite and appropriate English. I will observe and give feedback.

Task 2: Classical( if there is time left )
Introduce 5 sentences about what happened in the conflict.
Who you were in the roleplay.
What the problem was.
How you tried to solve it.
How it ended.

4. Inclusieve didactiek
De docent past diverse strategieƫn toe om de betrokkenheid van alle leerlingen te garanderen. Door regelmatig het begrip van de lesstof te controleren en zo nodig de uitleg aan te passen, blijft de stof toegankelijk voor iedereen. Flexibele en heterogene differentiatie ondersteunt dit proces. Interactie in de klas wordt versterkt door het gebruik van thuistalen. Verder creƫert de docent een contextrijke en inclusieve leeromgeving door (culturele) achtergronden in de lesstof te integreren. Door positief en proactief op leerlinggedrag te reageren, wordt het voor leerlingen makkelijker om gewenst gedrag te tonen en actief deel te nemen aan de les.
