Bij de start van iedere les verwelkomt de docent de leerlingen bij de ingang van de deur, noemt leerlingen bij naam, maakt oogcontact en besteedt aandacht aan hun welbevinden. De docent geeft het goede voorbeeld en spreekt hoge verwachtingen uit voor het verloop van de les door succescriteria op gewenst gedrag, schooltaal en effectief leren te benoemen. 1 - First conditional
- situations in the (near) future that are real or possible
 
Ex. If the weather is fine, we will go to the beach.
 If + present simple       ->       will + infinitive (future simple)

- situations that are imaginary, unlikely or unreal, 
but still might happen 
Ex. If I won a lottery, I would buy a house. 
If + past simple     ->      could/would + infinitive (1-st form)
