RULE 1: Auxilliary and to be
You place that verb at the beginning of a question
Have I waited?
Is he there?
In a negative sentence, you place not/n’t after that verb.
I haven't waited
He isn't there

1. bij alle andere vormen heb je een auxilliary 
Continuous: am/is/are of was/were + werkwoord+ ing
Perfect: has/have + werkwoord + ed (of onregelmatig)
Will/shall future: will/shall + werkwoord
to be going to future: am/is/are + going to + werkwoord

Wat is dan Rule 2, add TO DO
The main verb changes to the infinitive. Werkwoord achter to
 You place a form of to do at the beginning of a question.

In a negative sentence, you place not/n’t after a form of to do.
