The Bad Day at Work
Adam forced himself out of bed and got ready for work. From the moment Adam woke up he knew that it wasn’t going to be a good day; he had that feeling inside of him that nothing good would happen. After Adam had a shower and ate breakfast, he walked through the worn wooden door in to his garage to see his orange Lada Riva, his car was a wreck it had a scratch on the back left mudguard where a large four-wheel drive’s rim had rubbed up against it. Etc. etc.

A Bad Day
I collapsed to my knees. My lips trembled, and I coughed and choked on my saliva. My muscles were still quaking and my head was still buzzing from the adrenaline surge. This day was not supposed to happen like this. Tears poured down my face as a sob escaped from my mouth before I could stop it: “ Why.”
