Questions and negations in the past simple

- Regelmatig, dan eindigt hij op -ed   I work, he worked
I see, he saw

Slide 4 - Slide

Questions and negations in the past simple
Er zijn twee soorten werkwoorden:

- Hoofdwerkwoorden of zelfstandige werkwoorden
- Hulpwerkwoorden.

I play games a lot - play is hoofdwerkwoord
I have played games a lot - have is hulpwerkwoord, play is hoofdwerkwoord.

Slide 5 - Slide

Hulpwerkwoord
Hoofdwerkwoord
Have, in de zin "I have seen him"
Met, in de zin "I met him yesterday"
Can, in de zin I can't swim
Swim, in de zin "I can swim"
Study, in de zin "I study hard"
Will, in de zin "I will see you there"
See, in de zin "I might see you there"

Slide 6 - Drag question

- He could buy new shoes
- Could he buy new shoes?

Slide 7 - Slide

- He could buy new shoes
- He couldn't buy new shoes

Slide 8 - Slide

Zinnen zonder hulpwerkwoord
- He  bought new shoes
-Did he buy new shoes?

Slide 9 - Slide

Zinnen zonder hulpwerkwoord

- He  bought new shoes
- He didn't  buy new shoes

Slide 10 - Slide

- My brother  ate all the chocolate
- Who ate all the chocolate?
- Something strange happened last night
- What happened last night?

Let op: als who of what lijdend voorwerp zijn, gebruik je wel vraagvolgorde. What did you see? Who have you dated

Slide 11 - Slide

Bevestigend
Ontkennend
Vragend
Met hulp-werkwoord
He could swim
He couldn't swim
Could he swim?
Zonder hulp-werkwoord
He ate a burger
He didn't eat a burger
Did he eat a burger?
Vraagwoord als onderwerp
Who ate the last cookie?
Vraagwoord als lijdend voorwerp
Who did you see?

Slide 12 - Slide

Veel gemaakte fouten
- Zinnen maken als "Went you with him yesterday?"
(He didn't saw it) NO NO NO NO NO!! (Dit mag dus ook niet)
