Reflexive pronouns
Reflexive pronouns are used to say that the person doing the action is also undergoing it.

The subject and the object are the same person.
She made herself dinner.
I poured myself a drink.
We drove ourselves home.

Reciprocal pronouns
Reciprocal pronouns are used to convey a mutual relationship. 

Het wederkerig vnw verwijst naar het onderwerp van de zin.
They are talking to each other.
We will always love one another.
Sarah and Marvin always help each other.

exceptions
Reflexive pronouns are not  used for verbs such as wash, dress and shave, , unless you want to emphasise who is doing it. 


Reciprocal pronouns are not  used for verbs such as hug, marry en kiss.
