In Short
There are three different levels of questions;
Gathering: The ground level, the basic information. Usually true/false, no interpretation.
Processing: The first floor, the next step in using the basic information. Comparing & contrasting, analysing.
Applying: The penthouse, here we take the previous two steps and create. Hypothesizing & evaluating.

Choose a topic & video or audio fragment
Design questions with the various levels in mind
