What Will You Learn Today?

At the end of the lesson you will understand what puberty is, how it changes your body and emotions, and how to take care of yourself during this time.

What Is Puberty?

Puberty is the time when your body changes from a child to an adult. These changes happen at different ages for everyone and are completely normal.

Changes in Girls & Boys

Why Do These Changes Happen?

Hormones are special chemicals in your body that tell it when to start puberty. Everyone's body listens to these signals at its own pace.

Feelings During Puberty
