Companies use adverts to PERSUADE people to buy their product!
Persuade means to make people want to buy the product.

WOW Words
WOW words are special adjectives which can make an advert more exciting!
Regular adjectives can be words like "big", "good" or "green"
WOW adjectives can be words like "incredible", "amazing" or "delicious"

Companies use special offers to PERSUADE people to buy their products
They can reduce the price, or give away products for free

An opinion
An opinion is what somebody thinks of the product
In an advert, it is usually a short sentence that uses WOW words and superlatives (e.g. fastest, most beautiful)
For example "It's the most incredible tablet ever!"
