  • Introduction - 1 paragraph: What is the reason for writing this letter? - What are the (fake) customer’s wishes?
  • Body - 2 paragraphs: What room did you design and what does that room look like? - Why did you make these choices for the design? - What is the budget? Make sure to address the attachments (bijlages) with your quotation!
  • Conclusion
    What makes your design work so well? - How did you use the customer's wishes in your design? Make sure to close off your letter properly.
