To vs. too
To is used to describe an action towards someone or something.
Too means the same as also or as well. It can also mean more than enough

- I took the bus to school today.(towards)
- Do you like football? I like football too. (also)
- I have seen that film too many timers. (more than enough)

then vs. than
Then is used to describe when something is happening.
Than is used to compare two things/people with each other. 
 
- First it was raining and then the sun came out. 
- You are definitely taller than Anthony.

Where, were, we're 
Where is used to describe a location.
Were is a past tense form of to be.
We're means the same as we are
- Where do you live?
- Those chocolates were delicious!
- We're in the same class at school.
