"To" is used to describe an action towards (naar) someone or something
I took the bus to school today.

"Too" can mean also or as well (ook). It can also mean more than enough (meer dan genoeg).

- I have seen that film too many times

Then vs than

Grammar

Then is used to say when (wanneer) something is happening.
First the sun was shining then it started raining.

Than is used to compare (vergelijken) two things.
You are definitely taller than Antony.

Where vs were vs we're

Grammar

Where is used to describe a location
Where do you live?

Were is the past tense form of to be
Those chocolates were delicious. (They're all eaten)

We're = we are
We're in the same class at school.
