You are going to the store to make a complaint about your (new) smartphone, whose screen suddenly stopped working. Unfortunately, your phone falls outside of the warranty (garantie) period. Your goal is to have the store fix your phone for as little money as possible.

Start your conversation and ask for help.
Politely state that you want to make a complaint and explain the situation.
Express dissatisfaction about the quality of your phone and give your opinion about the situation by asking them to fix your phone.
Show understanding for the fact that the store doesn’t want to lose money.
Negotiate a deal with the store employee in which you reach your goal. Use at least three of the expressions for negotiating. Feel free to use your creativity to find a solution.
Express satisfaction with the solution that you have found.
