3. Leerdoelgericht werken

Letter of complaint
  1. Opening: Dear Sir/Madam,
  2. Introduction: who are you + reason for writing
  3. Body: background info, what went wrong + consequences
  4. Final paragraph: conclusion, what you would like to happen now
  5. Close: Yours faithfully/sincerly,

Ideas: unsatisfying ending, annoying characters, confusing event, unfair problem, something you didn't understand...

Letter of inquiry
You write to the author and ask them thoughtful/respectful questions about the story, characters, writing process, choices they made...

  1. Opening: Dear...
  2. Introduction: who are you + reason for writing

  4. Final paragraph: thank the author + express hope for reply
  5. Close: Yours faithfully/sincerely,

Ideas: motivations of a character, unclear event, inspiration for the book, will there be a sequel?, writing process...
