  1. Awareness of the feature and consequences of image and prejudice.

  3. Ability to explain the difference between a documentary and a movie which is based on a true story.

a. What do the Freedom Riders have in common with the Freedom Writers?
     They both want to change the world in a nonviolant way.
     When the class  risks to fall apart, they decide to write a book from their earlier written
     diaries to protest. This leads to the matter where Ms G. also gets to teach this class in
     their third and fourth year.
     The Freedom Riders protest against segregation in public transport in Suthern America. 
     On top of that they both have 'a dream for a better future'.

b. Name as many possible ways of nonviolance protest.
    (hunger)strike, boycot, demonstrations, sabotage, precision actions, underground press en
    civilian disobedience.

c. If you could change something in this world, what would that be? What would be your
   approach?
