Why do you think Case 1 is important to learn and complete?

Case 1- Why? 

Case 1 is about learning how to do important hotel tasks, such as Checking-in, while using formal English. 

These are realistic situations that you will experience during your internships.

-Learning Formal English

-Lots of speaking practice.
