Assignment 1: a weird law

In Arizona, there's a law. It says donkeys can't sleep in bathtubs. This strange rule is from the 1920s. Back then, a farmer's donkey is finding a cozy spot in a bathtub. Sadly, the bathtub is getting washed away during a flood. This leads to a big search and rescue mission. To stop this from happening again, the state is making this funny law. It's keeping donkeys away from bathtubs.
