  • In literature a story is always written from one or more perspectives.

1st Person Perspective
  • Usually written from the viewpoint of the (or a) protagonist.
  • Using sentences with 'I' ( in dutch: de ik-figuur)

  • When a story is told to another character by one character
  • Doesn't occur often
  • Usually in the form of letters or emails. 
  • Uses pronouns like 'you, your' a lot.
