• Understand how practising the Dharma leads to the attainment of Nibbana and how Buddhist concepts are linked
• Know wat to do to complete the 'PO'.

- ‘Eightfold Path’.  

- Nirbanna? 

Dharma (teachings Buddha) 

- The eightfold path are 8 practices that leads to enlightenment.

- Grouped into three headings: 

1. Wisdom 

2. Morality 

3. Mental training

Read page 152 step 2 and 3 

Make the questions on page 153 'activities'. 

If stories about the Buddha aren't true, then Buddhism is just a lie.
