What is Reporting Structure?

The Reporting structure is the order that information is reported to the appropriate stakeholder.

 In this section, you will identify the reporting structure for incidents that occur in the workplace.

Reporting Structure 

Workplace incidents	SRA	H&S Authority
Incidents will be reported to health and safety Supervisor OR Manager.	It is an authority which ensures health and safety laws. Serious Incidents are reported to SRA.	SRA will report serious incidents to H and S authority as it supervises health and safety.
