We have a logging issue

We should be fixing the issue before the first user contacts support.

We can do this when we clean up the logs so the right information is there and we can turn on notifications because only important things are logged.

• Add enough information to logs to fix an issue
• Log AppError codes that are not issues for us as infos instead of errors
• Catch and log errors where we are handling them, instead of catch and throw so the same error is logged twice
