Sport Injuries are caused by external and internal factors and can happen at any moment. It is important that preventative measures are undertaken such as wearing of personal protective equipment, constant hydration, proper techniques and correct training overloads are used to decrease the likelihood of occurrences however it is not an exemption that injuries can occur
