The project

The Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate, environmental degradation, prosperity, and peace and justice. The Goals interconnect and in order to leave no one behind, it ís important that we achieve each Goal and target by 2030.

The project (part one)

Presentations, activities, musea, food. The purpose of this week that you make a each time a connection with Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

With your group you make a movie consisting a summary of the actvities and the connection with a SD-Goal.

 Ideas: a power point, a rap, a film, an artwork, a poem, a drama sketch, a poster, a photo exhibition.

 1. Can the SD-goals contribute to a society which prevents the attrocities of the second world war? 

 

2. An island in the Nort-Sea and the airport Schiphol as a place for building houses and the replanting of parks. A good idea? 

 

3. A sustainable economy costs money, young people will never reach the living standard of their parents. We - the next generation - are prepared to make this investment.

• born on 10 juli 1971 

• studied technical physics 

• campaign leader and activist for Greenpeace 

• member of the Dutch Parlement (Tweede Kamer) from 2003 till 2016 

• political leader of the Partij van de Arbeid from 2012 till 2016 

• independant energy-advisor  

• advisor of the Dutch cabinet on the climate-treaty, in particular about the built surroundings
