• A part of your task at the gate: make a boarding call for
    passengers;
• Nowadays mostly performed by a computer system;
• There are situations when you have to do the boarding call
    yourself.

Comfort boarding

Passengers do not have a seat number and can sit where they want. First come, first served.

Boarding per class or zone.

In this procedure the passengers in the front rows are usually the last to board.

In this procedure, all the window seats are boarded first, followed by the middle seats and finally the aisle seats.

A combination of several methods. The common feature of these procedures is to get the passenger on board as quickly and comfortably as possible.
