Mindfulness can come in many different forms:

We are going to watch a scene from Inside Out 2 when Riley's anxiety emotion completely takes over.
When a feeling like anxiety or fear take over, they stop your brain from going to the next step, 'thinking.'
Riley calms down and her brain starts to think.
Riley tries to slow down her breathing.
She is mindful and tells herself, "I am a good person."
She is being mindful and kind to herself.
She is now in the thinking stage...
