Form: 
Have/ has + Past participle (verb+ed or 3rd row irregular verbs)

When to use: 
When the context is in present time
When something in the past has a direct effect on the present.
When something is the case in the past, and is still the case in the present.

6 Steps
  1. Find the object (lijdend voorwerp) and put this at the front of the sentence.
  2. Add a form of to be (in the same tense as the active sentence).
  3. Add the past participle of the main verb.
  4. Add the indirect object (meewerkend voorwerp) if the sentence has one. 
  5. Add the agent (the object of the active sentence) with 'by'
