Past Simple -
Irregular verbs
Irregular verbs in English are unique in that they do not follow the standard pattern of regular verbs.

Unlike regular verbs, which consistently end in “-ed” for both the simple past and past participle forms, irregular verbs take on various forms.

Some common irregular verbs include:
  • Be
  • Eat
  • Get
  • Know
  • Wear
