Formulate a research question

1. Always one question

2. A question that can not be answered with 'yes' or 'no'

What's a good research question?

1. Do plants grow better with or without fertilizer (mest) and how does light influence the growth?

2. Does compost affect the growth of cress plants?

3. How does adding fertilizer affect the growth of cress plants?

     *cress = tuinkers, fertilizer = mest

 Hypothesis

Hypothesis: What do you expect the answer to your research question will be?

"If .... (fertilizer is added to cress plants)  then... (the plants will grow two times faster) "

1. Line chart --> How does something increase/decrease?

2. Bar Chart --> Numbers

3. Pie chart --> percentages %. Pay attention to the legend
