How do you make a Present Continuous?

1. Use a form of TO BE

(am, is, are)

2. Put the verb               

3. Put -ing after the verb.

I run every Monday afternoon.      (it's a habit or routine)

I am running now.                        (it is happening now)

I eat a lot of fish.                             (habit, I do it a lot)

I am eating fish at the moment   (I am eating now)
