The situation:

You are walking on the "Botermarkt" 

Someone runs up to you to tell their bicycle was just stolen

He/ She has seen the person that stole the bicycle

What do we need to know?

The steps

1. Description of the thief.
2. Description of the bicycle.
3. Make sure the control room knows.
4. write down the victims info.
5. tell the victim to report the crime at the police station.
6. report to control room that you go on with your patrol
