When you give advice, you tell people what (not) to do. To do this, we use should / shouldn't.

In Dutch: zou moeten / zou niet moeten

Should / shouldn't is always followed by the infinitive (hele ww)

"I'm hungry. Roald and Rohied should bake a cake!"

"Should Vechtstede College have more holidays?"
