Healthy society

A healthy society needs sometimes those  'crazy-looking' people.

"Normal people"

we are so locked in our own thought processes and bureaucratic bullshit.

Street people

Those living on the street like street musicians, bums etc 

can give us 'normal' people value, gratitude and insights.

 It will be a loss if this disappears from street life

Problem

Because of the digitalization of our money system. It become far more difficult to survive on the street. Some of the "Normal 

People" has the money and are willing to support the street person, but just don't have coins with them anymore.

 Each year there will be fewer coins to give away and most likely coins will disappear in the future.

Possible consequence

- Makes the street less safe 

- Pushes street people to the fringe of society like criminal behavior or psychiatric institutions.

- you literally lose eyes on the street (police)

Setting up online bank accounts for people who are living on the street and create QR codes for the streetpeople so they can get "digital coins" again

How to set up online bankaccount?

You need a "social" bank that is willing to help opening bank accounts for people on the street. The bank needs also to fulfill its security, rules, etc, and probably ID and home address are essential to start an account. 

Here is the problem because a lot of "street people"do not have a home address.

What if? 

if the potential giver wants to give something or wants to know the story of the (street) person. He can scan the QR code and get information from the person and optional give/donate something

Does he scan the qr code

Different donation to do 

• The website /platform that opens with the QR code provides the story behind the homeless person / musician etc.
• On this website you have the option to donate 

Example

Potential Option:

• Just money (cash etc)
• Good coupons (food & drinks)
• Personal project dream: house, operation, treatment etc) 
• NGO

• Start small in a city like Utrecht (Netherlands) but system could be implemented  anywhere

Who or What do we need to concrete this idea:

- Resposible bank:   could be: ASN / Rabobank  etc

- Social existing trustful structure: could be  Leger des heils, straatnieuws

- Website (platform). Must be created.

- Permission (local government)
