Sometimes you have to listen to instructions. There are three steps you can take to make the best of it.

Prepare for listening by listening to instructions and find out what they are about. This helps you when you actually listen.

- Most instructions are step-by-step. Listen to all the steps carefully

- Write down keywords 

3. After listening

- take a look at your keywords

- what was the most important information?
